Commercial release.
Catalog number coincides with the promotional release (Turok C+1097) and the only visible differences on the cover are: missing "Consoles+" logo, missing "Fun Radio" logo and shifted "Acclaim" logo to the left.
Strangely enough for a commercial release, the back cover still bears the "cannot be sold separately" line of the promotional release.
