When this CD is played in a Mega CD, a special version of 'Teddy Boy Blues' can be played. It has a menu that lets the player to choose any of the audio tracks as BGM.

These are vocal arrangements from various Sega MegaDrive and MegaCD games.
'Funky Brothers' is not an image song from the original 'Teddy Boy Blues' by Yohko Ishino nor the US/EU SMS version. The original version either comes from an unreleased MegaDrive cart version or from a MegaCD demo which included the game. In the game collection, 'Game no Kanzume Vol. 2' for the MegaCD (released in 1994), that music is included as well without the vocals and sounds somewhat different.
