Notes

Note: the English tracknames are not present on the soundtrack booklet, but were officially assigned by KEY to the game audio as track subtitles. Some of the translations may not be literal (while some are untranslated, such as "giniro" / "the color silver").

Some of the "unused tracks" on disc 2 were later featured in the anime adaptation, alongside tracks from other arranged albums. "Farewell song (dream version)" is a track exclusive to the DC/PS2 releases of the game.
