"Project Ages is compilation of my many video game music remix/covers tributes made in the past six years. I have decided to re-release some of those tracks into themed albums in order to facilitate listeners to pick their own game/genre and listen to the music of those videogames and/or composers.
Another extremely popular genre back in the arcades and home consoles, the side scrolling beat' em'up was popularized by "Renegade" and soon after the amazing "Double Dragon". There are hundreds of games in the genre but sadly with the advent of 3D, new ones are extremely rare nowadays. This album compiles both my "Double Dragon" and "Battletoads" works into a street sweeping, bad guy beating, girlfriend rescuing epic soundtrack. Crack those knuckles and enjoy!" - Shiryu
