Track 6 is erroneously titled "Op.13" in the booklet. It is actually an arrangement of "Slash". This has been confirmed with the Rondo of Blood PCE DUO game sound test. The corrected title can also be seen on LC-1609~10, LC-1715 / GFCA-153, and GFCA-195~213.
