Only two of these albums contain tracks that are VGM related:

Information about these individual albums can be found elsewhere in this database. The tracklists given correspond to these 2 LPs only. The US version of the album came out later and was remastered. Therefore, it sounds slightly different from the Japanese original. The following information applies to these two albums:

Only track 1 and 5 are remixes of music/sound effects from the arcade games Circus and Space Invaders respectively. Since it is unknown whether YMO recieved permission to use the music from these games, the album has currently been labeled as a doujin album, though this only refers to the two tracks mentioned above and is not a reflection of the nature of the album as a whole.

Futhermore, the music and sound effects used from the games were not recorded from the arcade cabinets, but recreated on a synthesizer. The group did try to record music from the Circus game for track 1, but as they couldn't get a good transition to the next track, the idea was scrapped.
