Mattias Häggström Gerdt was introduced to the video game music scene in late 2007 following the release of his first arrangement on OverClocked ReMix. He's been a very active as a part of the VGM arrangement community ever since, there under the alias Another Soundscape. He's contributed numerous arrangements to the site and is also on staff as a part of the OverClocked ReMix Judges Panel.

Mattias has also scored many games for the Xbox Live Indie Games platform. These include Artoon (Dream Build Play '08 finalist, re-released as Artzy), The Perfect Match, Office DisOrder, Red Box Reality 001 and Kaleidoscope (Dream Build Play '09 finalist). Mattias is working as a freelancing composer but is also part of the independent development team Morsel Games. Beyond this he also composes original music in a multitude of genres.

He plays numerous instrument including but not limited to piano, bass, drums and guitar. He’s been known to use Propellerhead Reason and Record for most of his work but he’s constantly expanding his musical palette with software, hardware and new sounds.
