Leaded by Toshiharu Izutsu, Shinsekai Gakkyoku Zatsugidan Special Band is the group of guest musicians gathered specially for Game Music Festival '94. The SNK portion of the show was partially released in Neo•Geo Super Live! 1994. The same band also performed on King of Fighters '94 Arranged Sound Trax whithout Shinji Ebihara (keyboards) and Hiroshi Iimuro (guitars). Akihito Toyama (trumpet), who previously participated on a guest horn section in live show, performed in KOF '94 AST as a member of SGZ Special Band.
