I've added the catalogue number and price taken from Anison Generation (http://anison.info/data/source/10785.html) (the album title there is a bit different, but release date and contents are the same). Tax included price is 2381 + 5%, i.e. 2500 yen. Additionally, the album is an official release rather than an enclosure (as denoted here (http://www.alchemics.co.jp/users/bandit/albumframe1.htm)).
