Can anyone help fill in the tracklist?

Also, I'm wondering about track 6 "Last regrets", since it's the name of the opening theme song to Kanon (rather than AIR as noted by the album).

Joypad Records re-release on 2013-02-08.

But Joypad hasn't released this 2007 album, has it? If not, you shouldn't edit this entry, make a child album for Joypad release instead (considering this huge 5 years gap it would be totally OK [to put it mildly]).

Well, the bigger question is if vgmdb wants to store albums or releases. As in, if the same album gets released via various distributors, should multiple entries be created? Same goes for albums that are released on various stores (Bandcamp, iTunes, etc.)

My current approach is updating albums with more current information as we re-release many previously-released indie/doujin albums. UPCs and product codes get added.

Is that how information should be stored? I don't mind adding it either way.
