Title according to CD front is "Brilliant World." But um...isn't that the name to a Luminous Arc single?

And is this actually for VGM, or anime, or something else? Please look into it.

I was having trouble finding it outside of Play-Asia. The amazon link where it says TV Anime certainly clears it up.
