GMR says track 28 is composed by Tsutomu Kasai. Any confirmation of this?

If I'm reading the back cover scan right, track 28 is by 笠井勲 (http://vgmdb.net/artist/5662). Who has been credited as Isao Kasai in some other album. But my eyes could be lying, so maybe someone who can actually read kanji should chime in. :p

Good catch. 笠井勲 is indeed Isao Kasai -- you can see him credited on the previous page, "Special Thanks: Isao Kasai (RACJIN-RADIX)".

Tsutomu is a misreading that's gotten around, Chudah's gives it for KICA-1251 (http://vgmdb.net/album/983) and even GMCL has it instead of Isao. Obviously this album says "Isao," so does KDSD-00027 (http://vgmdb.net/album/3968), and the credits of the English localization of the FMA game does as well.
