Shocking news. I just found out "Aoi Yoshiki" (and not "Yoshiki Aoi", for that matter) is not a person, but a unit. I added the two musicians to the database.

That's quite a discovery, Zanasea. It'll be fun trying to decipher who composed what on the Drag-Dragoon 2 album.
I wonder if these two are regulars in the anime industry?
Are you sure this is the correct name order? Drag-on Dragoon 2 credits have "Yoshiki Aoi", and 吉勇あおい returns no actual results in google.

It's not common to have the surname written in hiragana, but then again this isn't a "real" name anyway.

So, as this isn't a real name, why isn't it "Yoshiki Aoi"?

Changed to Yoshiki Aoi based on this:

This is really weird. According to the Drag-on Dragoon 2 OST liner notes translation (http://squareenixmusic.com/features/liners/drakengard2.shtml) Yoshiki Aoi is a person. WTF?

I handled the translation, and yes, it is handled as if Aoi was a single person, but that doesn't mean that what's written above isn't correct. I was just rendering the text more or less "as written", and decided that it was talking about Aoi as a person, and went with that rather than inserting what I learned from here.
