I believe this word "CD-EXTRA" has something to do with the catalogue number, not sure if this CD came as a bonus once bought the SONIC RUSH Original Groove Rush. or it could be different like WM-516, the obi says WM-0516 just like the SONIC RUSH Original Groove Rush..

I think this CD might have being bundled with Sonic by Sega, but then again it has a price. So it could not have being a promotional item.

So it is hard to tell if it was Sega or Wave Master the publisher. The Barcode of both are similar too.

This is interesting. They both do have the same cat number. This album is produced and distributed by Sega according to the Japanese text on the Obi, so it's not Wavemaster. Maybe there was some mis-communication that led to the issuance of duplicate numbers.
