Track 18 was entitled "村" / "Mura" (engl. Village) and is from SaGa 2. I have no clue who composed it. There's no "Village" at All Sounds of Saga and I wasn't lucky with google.
The town theme from SaGa 2 is 1.20 Peaceful World on All Sounds of SaGa. I don't have the TAM album, though, so I can't verify if that track is actually the one being arranged.

Yes, that's the track. I've compared them. So Ito composed it. I'll add him. Thanks.
