It's the debut of a second style of vgmdb podcasting, which is loaded with music in a compact little frame. Basically there will be 2 types of broadcasts being offered now! Ramza will be joining the conversation based show along with Akumu, while I will be producing bite-sized music based episodes.

This episode highlights some albums that were released in June:

* Arc Rise Fantasia
* Bright Kingdom Online
* Castlevania Pachislot Akumajo Dracula
* 7th Dragon Super Arrange
* Diamond and the Sound of a Gunshot

On the next episode, the content will alternate back to the conversational style talk show with Akumu, so be on the lookout to hear a new co-host there.

I thought this was a nice, brisk preview of several albums. Good job, Carl! I think I'm going to like this new dual format. I'll know for sure when I hear Akumu & Ramza's work.

Nice overview of the selected albums! It's definitely more concise as a format and works well for what it's meant for.

I agree with Rimo -- I like this format a lot more. I think I'll pick up Juusei to Diamond, the 7th Dragon arrange cd, and Bright Kingdom after hearing this. Thanks, Carl!

Nice job with this clear-cut style, Carl. I enjoyed the tracks from Arc Rise Fantasia. They sounded a bit Mana-ish to me. And probably I liked the Bright Kingdom selections the best. Any idea who's behind the NKS Project?

P.S. Not to be a stickler, but that track "Balijhet Mountains" is straight off the Curse of Darkness soundtrack. Great track though.

Glad that people are enjoying it.

Yeah, Kaleb pointed that out also. Well that's what this comments section is for, to give further info or to correct any glaring mistakes such as that.
