This one was kind of tricky. This game seems to be a kind of reprinting of two older game -- Bless and Two One. As a bonus, they tacked on two soundtracks. The big queston was whether to count this as two releases or just one. The official site makes it seem like a single release with two discs, so I went with that:

The Two One soundtrack is basically a reprint, but they changed the order of the tracks a little bit. I don't know if the Bless soundtrack was ever released, but I couldn't find any evidence there ever was one, aside from the Flavory arrange album.
