Little is known about this album i think, but i am not agree with the older entry, i don't think it's original music from any game.
So i noted this album as Arrangement & Original Works.

If someone could link this entry with the reprint, that would be sweet.

I found some conflicting information about the role of 小林敦 on this album. I'm pretty sure this guy is Atsushi Kobayashi, an engineer whose website is here: http://www.linkclub.or.jp/~a-k/

This retailer (http://www.game-tanteidan.com/eshopdo/refer/refer.php?sid=onzsv12&cid=1&scid=2&mcid=&me=&vmode=&view_id=198003938001&eshopsid=df6a96bf1a6beae7e24cb6c5ba1ab84a) lists him as the arranger of tracks 10 and 12, while this news posting (http://www.animetopics.com/news.php?news_seq=3076) says he composed tracks 10 and 13.
