Yeah, it's a reprint of the 1st disc (the symphonic one) of APCG-9004.

Wasn't this version or something similar used in the playstation 2 version of the game?

Yeah, it's the NHK Symphony Orchestra album (http://vgmdb.net/album/1283) and this reprint which is used in the PS2 remake.
