The publisher for this album should be just Mars Colony Music. Suleputer is the publisher for the original japanese release (CPCA-1034), which is the version depicted by the "alternate cover" originally uploaded (which I've removed).
CPCA-1034 should be added and, if the tracks are 1-1, this entry linked to it as a reprint.

It's definitely a reprint, so I hooked them up (the original is in the database already.) There was some different artist info on the reprint submission, so I'm saving it here to look at later on, when i've got a free moment.
Composed by Masami Ueda, Shusaku Uchiyama, Shun Nishigaki and Saori Maeda
Arranged by Kazunori Miyake
Performed by New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra

According to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resident_Evil_Orchestra), SoundtrackNet (http://www.soundtrack.net/albums/database/?id=2771), and Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00005ATJK/), "I Won't Finish This As Just a Dream" is omitted from the US version. Is this true?
(If it is true, that's sad. "Dream" is one of the best tracks on the album; also one of the longest...)

It's true. I just uploaded a scan of the back and as you can see, the track is missing. A shame really, because it really is one of the best tracks on the disc.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've unhooked the albums and edited the tracklist, removing the 2nd track.

I went ahead and fixed the tracklist, though strangely the tracktimes from the Japanese release don't match the 45:03 stated on the back cover. Perhaps someone who own this album will be able to shed some light on this...

Why is Hiroshi Yasukawa credited? Didn't he only do the tracks for this release? -> http://vgmdb.net/album/1218
As far as I can tell by the tracklist, neither of those tracks are part of this album. Those tracks from the single are only part of the Japanese release (Biohazard Orchestra Album).
