Heck, been trying to find how to do that for the last 15 minutes...

At the bottom of your collection, go to "Add to my Collection" :

http://www.vgmdb.net/db/collection.php?do=add

There, you type the folder name in the bottom box, and click on the menu to specify which folder the folder should be created in.

Man, that was easy! I was trying to do that from the "My Collection" page...
