If someone could look into iTunes for a verification of the album price, as well possible confirmation of the release date, I'd appreciate it. My best guess on the date is from this MySpace blog post (http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=10934522&blogID=110033714).

Price is $9.90. The release year given is 2003 (nothing more specific than that), but that's probably when the tracks were first made available and not when they were actually posted at iTMS.
