Problem with VGMWorld

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but has anyone ordered anything from VGMWorld lately? I placed an order on the 22nd, got order confirmation on the 25th, and then nothing. It's been over a week and they still haven't shipped my order, and I'm getting a bit worried. I even sent an email asking what the hold-up was, and haven't received a response. I know VGMWorld is apparently a great place to buy game music, but I think this is getting ridiculous. Anyone have any ideas?

There are a few messages on twitter (http://twitter.com/cocoebiz) from the 24th that might help explain the situation. No doubt it's unnerving when you don't get a response, but rest assured vgm world isn't the kind of place that would try to cheat you.
