The official English title for "Tears to Tiara Gaiden: Avalon no Nazo" is "Tears to Tiara Anecdotes: The Secret of Avalon" as shown on the following sources:

“Earth's Wreath” doesn’t have any official English title for it, but since there is an official English title for “Avalon no Nazo” game we should update the name on "products represented" and add an English title for the album (to something like this):
Tears to Tiara Anecdotes: The Secret of Avalon Special* CD "Great Demon King Arawn's Radio"
Edit* - I don't understand Japanese, but it seams they present/translate this as "Special CD" (on track 1)...
