Changed the release date to 1996, as this was a CD one could purchase (?) by sending an application form which was enclosed in the original PC-98 game package. I read the fee was 2,000 yen, yet we still need a solid source. Suruga-ya says it's Dec 08, 2000 (http://www.suruga-ya.jp/database/120001273001.html), but I don't know where it came from. The game was re-released as part of Elf Otona no Kanzume around that time (with new music, apparently), but I don't think we were given an opportunity to order this album...

If the site is correct, Elf started to accept orders from that date.

I'll go with 1997, anyway. We don't establish much consensus on this type of releases - but like Club Nintendo releases, using delivery/reception date would be also valid, and given the game's release date was the end of 1996, I assume nobody received this album in 1996.
