How to solve the mojibake on old Japanse page like this?

It must be a text encoding problem, but a recent Windows update blocked Internet Explorer and forced Edge to pop up. Even the Edge's new function IE mode isn't activated in wayback site and is never available.

Just add "id_" in front of the original address name.

it was fixed at once for Chrome and Edge. For Firefox "View>Repair Text Encoding" was required after adding id_.
The result of fixing with id_ before running "Repair Text Encoding"
Some other mojibake pages could be fixed with IE mode in Edge for now.
