Found a short-lived circle called Wavy Green, run by a guy named KANGO in the late '90s. The site was in Troubadour Records's link list:

The site only ever had information on one album,
Meltia(?) ~Inishie no Kioku~ (メルティア 〜古の記憶〜). And there's not a lot of information about it: no release date, price, etc. I couldn't find any references to the album
anywhere. I'm not certain it was actually released, which is why I'm posting here and not making an album entry.
What the page does say is that it was an anime concept CD, containing an original opening theme, insert song, and ending theme, as well as karaoke versions of each and two remixes. The musicians who made the original songs are provided, and the composition staff may prove interesting:
