Capcom probably lost them if that's the case.
It's frustrating to think that most video game companies threw all of this goldmine stuff in the trash.

Not only does it sound quite different but Flame Mammoth's theme has an epic solo not included in the final version.
The sound effects in the video are also redbook audio too.
If video game companies took care of their stuff we could have amazing versions of these old games but alas.
