If you have missing pages it might be worth a shot to email La-La Land. They'd likely be happy to oblige in sending you a replacement booklet.
Something else to note, apparently future volumes of Superman TAS music or other Superman related soundtrack releases are unlikely to happen due to poor sales on this release. MV Gerhard mentioned that only around 1000 units have sold out of the 3000 limit. So unless sales pick up...
