I'm fairly certain this was a cancelled release that never came out.
No shops have it in stock, nor have a cover picture even released.

Very interesting. That could mean the contents was finished but that some other legal issue got in the way and blocked the sales release... The arrangers probably have the works content saved as personal backup, so it could possibly appear in some other form someday.

Most places list it as "delayed". Since the original release date is from 2005 it's reasonable to assume that it's cancelled. I'll update the release type.
