I added a translation but I have no clue what is going on with 1-14.
Makes no sense, doesn't look like Chinese, can't even romanize it. Any help is welcome.

It looks like an Ateji (e.g. "夜露四苦" = "Yoroshiku")

Mou Ta Aa Sai Ku Rou Tei Su Ge E Ji ≒ Motor Cycle Death Gauge.

Interesting that it appears as "猛多亜最苦褸弟酢華慈" in the game but "猛太亜最苦[U]婁[/U]弟酢華恵慈" on the OST (unless it's a typo).

EDIT: I think it's "Death Cage".

Thanks, sounds good enough to me. Though maybe the last word is "Ke-e-ji/Cage" instead?

I suspected something given the "Saikuru" part, but the a/亜 was really confusing me.
