Our official chat channel is #vgmdb on irc.psigenix.net. For your convenience, we've added a browser chat client (CGI:IRC) accessible from the navigation bar. There's usually a staff member hovering around in IRC, so if you have any questions or issues, feel free to jump in.

Update: the default client is now PJIRC (Java applet) since it is not affected by network restrictions on client sessions. You may switch between the two clients via the dropdown list.

I just tried the in-browser link on the top of the page, and immediately got a
(Killed (OperServ (Session limit exceeded))) disconnection

Whoops, looks like a network restriction. I'll talk to fleSh and see what can be done.

I got that same error when I tried using my name with a space in it. I connected fine when I replaced the space with an underscore.

PJIRC option added, this should be unaffected by network restrictions on connections from the same host.

This is a great implementation, with this feature users will likely get some help right away.
