So, is her kanji name credited somewhere? If not, it would be better to mention in the note as before.

Kanji in some albums and games, hiragana in others. She hasn't been very consistent, although it's hiragana on her three most recent albums.
I mostly changed her display name to hiragana because that's what's on her MONACA profile.
