Had to change the catalog number, publisher, and title since it was all wrong. I might have to go in and edit a couple of the Lia albums especially the titles since they're wrong. Unless it was intentionally put like that so if you searched the artist name you'd get the results quicker, it's still incorrect to put the name along with what album number it is. Hope it's ok if I go ahead and edit them in. Just noticed that just now after adding a few pics for a couple vocalists from I've Sound.

EDIT: Actually you can disregard whatever I said about all of the albums being incorrect. It's just the New Moon that was listed wrong. The titles for a few them have to be changed to the album title itself but that's it. Might go in and add some more info if I can since I'm a Lia fan .

That stuff wasn't really wrong. There are two releases for this album, a day apart on different labels. The earlier one should probably go first.

EDIT:

Are you sure the tracklist isn't missing a track?

Sorry about that. Didn't realize there was two releases. I haven't really caught with the new release and just assumed the one I saw on Play-Asia and other import shops were the correct ones. I got the cat. # from there. Wish the sites were a lot more clearer on the releases being different. Amazon.jp has it listed under queens label so you're right about it. And also there's suppose to be 13 tracks on the album. Must've missed it since I was in a rush while editing it. Thanks for the clarification on the releases.

I'm not 100% sure which scan goes with which release, but I think this is right.

I think the cover that was posted the first time was the promotional cover. I wasn't able to find much information regarding it, but I did look through Lia's last.fm page and read the comments. A couple of users were talking about the cover and one of them posted a link to when the album was first announced. I checked the link and it was already changed to the official and final cover which is the one you just recently added. YesAsia apparently still has the picture up so I'm guessing they forgot to update the cover for it regardless of it saying Japan Version next to it, that wouldn't make sense for the other ones being released by the other JP shops. Lia's website even has the same pic for both of the listed catalog numbers for New Moon. That ought to solve the cover issue.

Something to take away from this: vendor websites usually aren't too reliable with their information, so any album data you collect from them should ideally be cross-checked with other sources, preferably the official publisher. Scans are the be-all and end-all form of verification, of course.

This extends to any tracklist information you gather, including anything from gracenote / freedb / freedbtest. I've found multitudes of errors in Japanese tracklists from freedbtest when comparing them with scans.

I suppose. Official releases aren't really my expertise not that it requires much knowledge but there's always different issues with them such as various catalog numbers (e.g reprints), tracklists being incorrect, and etc. This applies to all albums in general. Doujin albums are usually accurate where I get my information but you never know when there's always incorrect ones. Doesn't hurt to dig a little deeper for more information.
