Asakura's old page on Miracle Bus website: http://www.miraclebus.com/asakura/asakurapage.htm Later that year the page changes to: http://miraclebus.com/asakura/audiohighs.htm Audio Highs profile says he was the arranger of the OP for anime "Tank Knight Portriss" Anison credits Mitsuhiro Asakura for that song: http://anison.info/data/song/26018.html But I've been unable to find any videos of the OP to confirm the credit. 2019 Edit: I was able to confirm the alias through copyright listings. Audio Highs compositions are registered to Asakura. Last edited by cal; Mar 13, 2019 at 06:57 PM. |

Nice info nextday, would be great to confirm that OP credit.
The best I've found is the last episode and the credit was "audio highs" there, but maybe it was different in the previous ones or in the single: http://i.imgur.com/4rz7v15.png |

The Korean printing of the soundtrack has Audio Highs: http://sulfur.pe.kr/tech/board.php?b...and=body&no=23 And for what it's worth, Asakura's page on Miracle Bus had "Composer/Arranger/Vocal" which is the same as what Audio Highs page currently has. Miracle Bus has done the same thing with URLs in the past. Hiroaki Tsutsumi went under the name pOlOn for a little while. His page was at "polon.html". When he started using his real name, they updated the page but didn't bother changing "polon.html" to something else. |

Circumstantial, but his voice here sounds very similar as when he (supposedly) sang for Gintama: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52Wu2melAxg
I'm pretty curious about this so I've grabbed a copy of the single as it's extremely cheap. Will let you know if there's anything interesting there (will take a few weeks, yay holidays), but given all the info here the theory sounds pretty solid to me. In all likelihood, Audio Highs probably isn't going to have his real name on a CD that he lists on his profile.
That said, those websites must have gotten that credit from somewhere. Anison is a reliable source. |

Most probably yeah, but maybe Columbia didn't get the memo :P It was 200 yen anyway, worth trying.
I've moved this discussion to a separate thread and linked it to the artist so we can keep better track of it and leave the other thread clean. |

Wow, what an excellent discussion here and lot of interesting information.
Audio Highs often collaborated together with interesting drama & anime composer Kei Yoshikawa. Also Audio Highs music for drama doS Deka is quite good.
