Default Atsushi Shirakawa (#703)
This man is a powerhouse of a composer with a huge discography and unique background, but unfortunately overlooked (at least in America). I have managed to set up an interview with him thanks to VGMonline which should be great, insightful, and interesting. I've already communicated with him and it should be ready soon.

I wouldn't say he's overlooked. His music for Makoto Shinkai's films is pretty well known.
