Sure, I think it's fine to add Vocal to the classification.

Small note: the book doesn't credit the alto sax player on M-9 (Saxophone Storm 2). It's probably also Nobuyuki Mori.

"HEY MUSIC LOVER Demo Medley"

Is a medley of arranged versions of the next tracks from the PCCB-00223 / The King of Fighters '96 in progressive order:

1. Wind (Demo 2) [0:00 -> 0:20]
2. Den! Den! (Ending 2) [0:21 -> 0:45]
3. Roulette (Player Select) [0:46 -> 1:17] <--- begins to mix with the next track from 1:03
4. Protector (Demo 1) [1:18 -> 1:49]
5. HERE COMES CHALLENGER (Intrusion Player Select) [1:50 -> 1:56]
6. To The Sky (Demo 3) [1:57 -> 2:12]
7. Den! Den! Den! (Ending 3) [2:13 -> 2:34]
8. Den! (Ending 1) [2:35 -> 3:40]

Added a better resolution "Front" scan. Just took suicider's booklet scan and cutted it, as it looks better. I have my copy now, but I'll not replace any of suicider's scans because they look perfect.

This is arranged music featured on the NEO GEO CD and Sega Saturn versions. These were not created specifically as arrange albums. Tracks for specific characters/team's music is reused in KoF 98 as well.

Well, now I'm confused. Like XISMZERO said, the Neo-Geo CD, Sega Saturn and PlayStation versions (or ports, don't know what do you guys consider they are) of this game uses the songs contained in this release (the themes are incomplete, but they're definitely from here). So, do we add all the three consoles here? I've never edited an album that was released as an arranged album and has it music used on a release some days later, so I don't want to make any mistakes.

Since all of those ports were released after this CD I'd refrain from adding them to the product section and keep it Neo Geo only.

Using this logic, we should keep it arcade only. All the versions of this game came after this album, only the arcade was released before, in July 30th. The Neo Geo version came out in September 27th (seven days after this release) and the Neo Geo CD version came out in October 25th.

I'd use that logic, don't know what you think about it:

This album is an Arrange album of the Arcade & Neo-Geo songs.
So, SNK simply used the ARRANGED songs as the ost for the CD versions... but product should always represent what it meant to be at first.
(The CD versions are not using original music, they are using arranged music from the arcade).

That's great for me
But I still think we should keep the observation in the notes, I think it's valid information.

i have been revisiting my KOF collection. and yes, it is the damn best of all.

so... who plays guitar solo in M-7 "Seoul Riders"?
I had the understanding that Osamu Koike was always the sax on Stormy Saxophone

edit.

I got it on teh guitar thing because its not well explained in notes...
its shown
JUN KAJIWARA [M-1-9,11-13,15]

when it should be
JUN KAJIWARA [M-1~9,11~13,15]

the difference,is that in japanese understading "~" means something like "from 1 to 9"
