B-Side: vinyls... You know very well vinyl has two sides

it may not, it's strange
because cds have one side, it's the first time I saw someone using that for cds hence my interrogation if it's really related to vinyl to me, it hasn't its place for a cd album/single |

Yes, it is. B-side is widely accepted terminology for cds whether you like it or not. Go look at how many modern albums are labeled "B-Sides and Rarities".
