Perhaps you're correct; 'Attack on Titan Final Season: THE FINAL CHAPTERS' is the official English name Crunchyroll has given to the final two specials of the series. However, I'm now unsure whether it's acceptable to merge it with the original product, 'Attack on Titan Final Season,' because they are officially separating these special episodes into a regular episode format (Part 3).

Currently, there is a distinction between two different series with surprisingly similar names: 'Attack on Titan Final Season: THE FINAL CHAPTERS' (Part 1 & Part 2), to which this song belongs, and the new one by Linked Horizon (as mentioned in this post: https://shingeki.tv/news/archives/8037 - 「進撃の巨人」The Final Season 完結編（後編）).

And now, they have announced the release of 'Attack on Titan: The Final Season - Final Part (Episode Format)' (「進撃の巨人」The Final Season完結編(各話版)), which splits those special episodes into a regular episode format and introduces new opening and ending themes.

We might consider two options:

• Merging these 'Final Parts' into 'Attack on Titan Final Season' and specifying the format in which the songs were used.
• Creating a separate product for 'Final Chapters' to link these two songs and 'Attack on Titan Final Season' for the regular episode format songs.

you can have other final season albums displayed in related albums, in case the final season stuff could interest people without using the product page directly
