The game credits are very detailed, so I've added the performers in this album and in the promo CD. But we can improve the credits if necessary when someone upload the scans.

Reference:
Composers & Orchestrator
Performers

JASRAC has the following track credits:

Shusaku Uchiyama: 1.01~17, 1.19~29, 2.19~28
Takeshi Miura: 1.18, 1.30~38, 2.01~18

I haven't added them because I understand this album contains a number of reprises, and so some of those credits should really be for arrangement of compositions by others. I'll leave figuring out the specifics to people who actually know things about RE music. 8)

CHz, would you be able to check JASRAC for possible credits on the original Umbrella Chronicles?

Unfortunately, JASRAC credits all the music from that game to the "Grasshopper Manufacture Sound Team," so no Takada/Fukuda breakdown to be had there.

some of the tracks were originally composed by Masami Ueda from Biohazard 2. And a lot of cues of Masami were used in many tracks.
I see he is not credited in the booklet. But if you know Masami music very well, you will recognize it easily

O noticed that the US Printing credits are wrong.

Uncredited Composers of Biohazard 2 arranged tracks in this album:
Masami Ueda: 1.08, 1.12, 1.15, 1.16, 1.18, 1.22~25, 1.32
Syun Nishigaki: 1.21, 1.30

Track 31 of disc 1 is wrong. It's not Takeshi Miura. Shusaku Uchiyama is the original composer. The track is an arrange of Biohazard 2 track "The First Floor"

Masami Ueda:
Disc 1 / Original named track
08 - Raccoon City
12 - The Front Hall
15 - "T"-A
16 - The Beginning Of Story (portions of)
17 - The First Malformation Of "G"
18 - The Marshalling Yard (The Second Half)
22 - The Third Malformation Of "G"
23 - The Third Malformation Of "G"
24 - "T"-B
25 - The Second Malformation of "G"
32 - Leon With Claire

Syun Nishigaki:
Disc 1 / Original named track
21 - Escape From The Laboratory

131 on this album is a vocal-only track, while 09 - The First Floor on Bio 2 is an instrumental track (just so we're talking about the same) but I don't hear the same melody. There are some loosely reminiscent motifs played on piano in The First Floor but I wouldn't say they're the same. Are you sure you didn't mean 130? In your post you talk about 130 and 131 but you didn't add them to the notes.

I checked the rest and I definitely hear some of them (I'm not super familiar with Biohazard 2's music).

101, 104, 131, 228 have vocals (others might have as well) and I'm confused as to who the vocalists are. There's Rachel Ferguson, Justine Suzuki and Karen Strassman, but no breakdown is given in the notes. It seems to be the same person except for 131.

it's track 30, yes. My bad. I messed the track order while I was listening it.
Rachel Ferguson sings the sleeping beauty theme, Justine Suzuki sings the Alexia theme or something like that, Karen Strassman sings only in the ending theme.

Yes, same on all. On the obi it is CPCA, on the insert it is CPDA.
