Double Standard Jewel Case Tray Replacement

Now I'm looking to replace a standard jewel case double CD tray found in these albums:

What I like about these trays vs the ones I got from Sleeve City are that the Japanese ones are one piece that swivels while the Sleeve City variety are two pieces that can break easily.

Upon closer inspection, the tray on the 30th Anniversary SMB (as well as Taito Retro Game Music) has rounder holes to grab than the Sunsoft Remix tray.
