Default Advanced Search gets more advanced

Meet the tristate checkbox:

= Ignore term
= Include term
= Exclude term

They aren't terribly useful for scalar fields (publisher type, distribution type, release status, etc), but for bitfields (classification and category) you can now do much more powerful queries -- for example, searching for albums categorized as "animation" but not "game", or classified as "arrangement" but not "vocal".

Tristate checkboxes require Javascript to work; however, even without it you'll still get the old checkboxes with the usual functionality.

This is pretty awesome. Also, nice touch on the strike-through in the search description.

A few issues:

1. Since the checkbox controls are replaced by javascript, any configuration of values will be lost once you navigate away from the page. If people find this to be a problem, I could start using cookies to store previous search configurations.

2. Multiple includes (ticks) means "match any" rather than "match all". If there's demand for a "match all" option (for bitfields, that is, you won't have much luck with scalar fields) I'll see about putting in a switch for that.

Pretty cool. One more step towards making the advance search even more robust, self-explanatory, and fancy looking as well.
