Default Skyrim soundtrack - Info about different versions

Hello, I am looking for some input that can help me pinpoint pressing dates about the SKyrim soundtrack.

You see, there's actually two versions. The first version does not have artwork printed on the inner part (mould) of the CDs, the second version does. The second version also has an extra trademark logo (tm) on the artwork.

It is possible that the second version is exclusively the version that was recently sold again by Directsong, but I can't be sure.

Did anyone who bought their soundtrack when it first released get the version with printed inner CDs?
