Thanks for the scans!

I still don't see "30th Anniversary" appearing as part of the album title anywhere. It's "POLE to WIN" on the booklet front and interior, disc, back cover, and spines, and "Pole To Win" on the obi. The "30th Anniversary" text only appears in that seal on the front cover that's apart from the title logo.

Does anyone know where to actually buy this album, I went to the official site but couldn't see any links to purchase it.
