Talk about overthinking it! They're Sanskrit! From http://spokensanskrit.org/:
ヴァサンタ -> वसन्त ("vasanta") = spring
グリーシュマ -> ग्रीष्म ("grISma") = summer
ヴァルシャー -> वर्षा ("varSA") = rainy season
シャラド -> शरद् ("zarad") = autumn
ヘーマンタ -> हेमन्त ("hemanta") = winter
シシラ -> शिशिर ("zizira") = cold

Still no idea about the title of the game itself...an ancient book about Mount Meru?

The titles for the first six tracks seem to be Hindi words. Fumbling around with http://hindi-english.org/ gave me the following:

ヴァサンタ = वसन्त ("vasant") = spring
グリーシュマ = ग्रीष्म ("grīṣm") = summer
ヴァルシャー = वर्षा ("varṣā") = rain
シャラド = शरद ("śarad") = autumn
ヘーマンタ = ??? (winter)
シシラ = शिशिर ("śiśir") = winter [The previous track is subtitled 冬 and this one is subtitled 涼季. I'm not sure what the semantic difference is because I haven't played the game.]

Maybe the English titles should be closer to conventional Devanagari transliterations. Either way, it was cool to find this out.

ヴリトラ is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vritra. हिम ("him") means "snow" or "ice" and can act as a prefix (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...roots_in_Hindi), which definitely has something to do with track 5.
