Vocal credits are available here and here and here and several other places, really, on account of the one track having nine different singers. That last link also has credits for the song portions of the last drama track. Same Toshinobu Kondo who did artwork for Umihara Kawase, I wub dat guy :3

The BGM credits come from USP's page for the game; note that the numbers given to the tracks are not the track numbers on the album. Tracks 5, 19, and 21 on the album aren't listed on that site (although track 21 is apparently a variation of track 11?). Also, track 28 on the site doesn't appear to be on the album under that name, and track 31 on the site is left untitled. I would GUESS they are tracks 5 and 19 on the album, but since I don't have that, I can't confirm it. For someone who does have the album, there are MIDI samples on the site.

Track 21 is a variation of the track 11 yes.
While 11 sounds like a music box, 21 is played with a string instrument.

Sample 28 from USP page is track 05 from the album.
But it's kinda weird cause you don't hear marracas at all in the album track, while it's on the midi.

And sample 31 is effectively track 19.

Thanks for taking a listen.

I left the arrangement of track 21 as unknown for now because it's a different arrangement from track 11 and the USP site doesn't list it, but I'm sure in all probability it was Ueki and Irie like the rest.

Where does the second exclamation mark come from? I only see a single exclamation mark anywhere in the titles, and the other instances don't have any.

The game's title is written in Japanese as "どきどきポヤッチオ," with no exclamation points, but when they write it in English, they add two exclamation points for some reason. Here's the back of the game's case, where you can see both titles clearly on the left and right sides: http://psxdata.snesorama.us/images/c...573-B-ALL.html. You can also see just the English title on the title screen of the game in the screenshots section of this page: http://psxdata.snesorama.us/games/J/D/SLPS-01573.html.

Oh cool, nice link to the game's back. I was unable to find this on GameFAQs (it's probably just misspelled in some stupid way) and I became very curious about the actual game, not just the music. I guess it's best to go with the exclamation marks when writing the English title because it's how they actually choose to write it.
