I've done some research about the soundtrack of Lord of Arcana and I finally found the end credits on Nico Video. The music team was divided between Dog Ear Records and Basiscape. In other words:

However, I'm not sure Basiscape's contribution is new. In some videos of the game, I could hear tracks from Lord of Vermilion II, without any arrangement. The Arcana promo album has three tracks from LoV2 too.

In the end, I think we can use the Dog Ear Records credits for this entry.

Yes, I forget which interview it was that I read it in but Sakimoto said he had no involvement with the soundtrack and surely he didn't intend to say the other Basiscape members did. They just reused LoV2 music in the game, with at least one change though. You can hear some extra sounds in the song "Lord of Vermillion 2". Don't know if there are any more additions to the other reused music.

This soundtrack is certainly bizarre in its production approach, with practically no new melodies featured. I think either DER or SQEX would be willing to give t-b-t arranger credits, but the digital presentation restricted it. I'll attempt to pursue this in the future.

I guess they wanted to merge the music team of the two Lord of Vermilion games for Lord of Arcana, since this game is set in the same world. This is roughly what they say in the Famitsu interview reported by 1UP.
