I know where this news is coming from, but the Amazon entry for the German day one edition really only describes a map as bonus, no soundtrack CD.
Looking at the pictures the CD appears to be in the French edition rather.

I think Dragonborn is also the music that was used in the Skyrim trailers. Anyway, a good track to open this sampler. Love how he mixed the Morrowind theme into it.
