This page supposedly has a breakdown of White's soundtrack:

White's BGM is Red Book audio, meaning track 1 is actually data, so you should add 1 to the track number to get the logical track on the disc (which this album uses). That'd give SIMO for track 7 (White 2), Nekono Comet for 8 (White 11), and 443 for 9 (White 17).
If that's correct, though, then SIMO doesn't credit himself for original composition of his own tune, which seems kind of weird. I checked out a bunch of other listings on that site and the rest do seem pretty accurate, except for
Bless (
I don't know where our credits come from though) and
Two One (way off the mark according to JASRAC). I'm unsure enough about it to leave the info off for now.
