Default KHY-1034: Sound Story Nekketsu High School Dodge Ball Club
The sticker gives a hint for a release "35H-1002". Is this the vinyl version? (as CDs use the BY12-50XX stem)

It's probably a playthrough/strategy video, much like the one Apollon made for the arcade version of Double Dragon.
